OTARI Professional Tape System MTR-12II-C Very Good Condition (REVISED)

OTARI MTR-12II-C (1/4 Tape Deck) in very good condition. Operationally, all functions work as they should, including the in-built Monitoring System (amp & 1 Speaker). Cosmetically the unit is very attractive from the front view, but has some paint wear showing on the front corners and some marking on the sides from proximity to other components when in the Studio. These flaws do not affect the operation at all.

1 - Empty 10 1/2 Metal Reel. 10 - Used Tapes on 10 1/2 Metal Reels (Tape is used, but fully capable of re-recording any program material). The OTARI is an amazing Record/Playback Tape Machine. I was surprised at the lack of significant wear on the heads (see Photos), the previous owner must have recently installed new or lapped heads, before decommissioning the assembly. I recorded an FM Station for a while this evening and noted an excellent reproduction on 7 1/2 speed.
