All major functionality has been tested to work properly. There is some light wear on the outer shell but the inside is very good overall. Both screens have some very light scratches. The shell is made entirely of genuine Nintendo parts except for the bottom inner piece, which has been replaced, and has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Due to the recent announcement of the Nintendo 3DS eShop being shut down soon, I will not be factory resetting any consoles I sell that came to me with an account on them. This is because if there are any games to be redownloaded, they will only be accessible if the original account is still linked to the console. You're welcome to format the system memory as soon as you receive the console and the software will be like a brand new system. Q: Can this be connected to the internet?

The only reason a 3DS wouldn't be able to connect to the internet is if it was hacked to change its region, or if the previous owner got banned online. None of the consoles I sell have any of these issues and will be able to connect to the internet. Q: What games can this play?

A: This can play all DS and 3DS cartridges, but it cannot play games for the "New" 3DS family (such as Minecraft). Game card is NOT included, and is only shown in the last picture to show the console can read games. Something worth noting: I refurbish all of these 3DS consoles with original parts whenever possible. As a result, some of the pieces I use may have cosmetic imperfections, but they will always work properly.

If you're still shopping, please be aware that if you see a 3DS that is pitched as "brand new", it usually means they've been shell swapped with very cheap aftermarket parts. They may look amazing, but they don't work nearly as well as something that has been refurbished with original parts. Please, if the console you receive has something wrong with it, reach out to me before leaving feedback. I take pride in my work and want to make sure the product you receive is as good as it can be.
