It comes with (2) controllers (Show some signs of wear), all cables, (2) 8MB memory cards, (1) 16MB memory card, an officially licensed Playstation TAP that allows you to connect up to 4 additional controllers, & an officially licensed Playstation Carrying bag. The zippers on the bag work fine but need the pull tab replaced. Game NOT included, it's just proof that console works.
