Sony PS-LX300H: A respectable Golden Era Japanese turntable. The Sony PS-LX300H, released in Japan in 1996, is a respectable belt-drive turntable from a company which has made great audio equipment for decades. The manual operation PS-LX300H features a die-cast aluminum platter with a high inertial mass of 900 g, an anti-skating mechanism, vibration insulation which reduces noise from vibrational resonances, as well as a universal tonearm for which the shell and cartridge can be replaced. By virtue of these aspects and others, the sound of the PS-LX300H is quite good for its price. This turntable is in very good condition, with minor signs of wear (please see photos), including some minor scratches.
